"I trust Crissy more than my doctors. She guided me through recovery from a torn Achilles and a broken leg with expert care and no sugarcoating-just the truth and what actually works."

About Me
With 34+ years of experience in outpatient orthopedics, I bring a deep understanding of musculoskeletal health and patient-centered care to every session. I earned my Master's degree in Physical Therapy from Washington University, a program known for its evidence-based approach and clinical excellence.
Throughout my career, I've worked closely with high school athletic programs, supporting preseason testing and injury prevention efforts. I've also spent years teaching foot and ankle courses across the U.S., sharing knowledge with fellow clinicians and advancing best practices in the field. I am an expert dry needler practitioner and integrate a variety of advanced manual therapy techniques to support recovery, performance, and long term wellness.

FAQ
Do you take insurance?
I believe that personalized, high-quality care leads to the best healing outcome for my clients. I have chosen not to accept insurance so that I can provide the highest level of care without the restrictions and limitations imposed by insurance companies. I feel that this allows my sessions to be as effective and comprehensive as possible- without the constraints of insurance-driven requirements.
Do I need a physician referral to be seen for physical therapy?
Because I am a self-pay clinic, no physician referral to be seen is necessary. If I feel imaging is indicated, we can discuss that in our session.
What should I wear to my appointment?
It is best to wear looser comfortable clothing for your appointment if possible. If we are looking at any lower extremity injury, it also helps to bring in your current pair of workout shoes as well.
